Corporate Mental Health

By investing upstream in mental wellness for management and natural leaders, mental health promotion, prevention and early intervention becomes a fabric of company culture, benefiting every person on the team, and those your company serves.

Mental Health Costs Canadian Businesses: between $1,500 - $8,200 per employee per year ($1,500 is based on information from the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, while $8,200 is based on calculating the cost of “presenteeism” at a $25 per hour wage).

Together we are committed to the promotion of mental wellness and the prevention of mental illness through supporting corporations and their people.

We incorporate unmatched agricultural inspired experiences for mental wellness, team building, leadership and communication, and we customize programs based on your employee/company needs.
